Weight Loss Workouts at Home Journey

Today I want to share with you my personal journey of weight loss workouts at home. It all started a few years ago when I found myself feeling unhappy and lacking confidence due to my weight. I needed a change, but going to the gym seemed overwhelming and time-consuming. That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands and start my weight loss transformation from the comfort of my own home.
